Vlad’s documentary photography is a passion that has fueled his career as an art director. His photography captures mysterious wonders, at the same time locating them in structural scenes which bridges the humanity in the photo to the observer.

As a Haitian immigrant, he grew up in NYC, a quiet witness to the ever-present heartbeat of the city. That heartbeat engenders the curiosity in other-ness and other places and is found in his work as he travels the world searching with a childlike enthusiasm. His work is focused and clear with a hint of minimalism and repetitive structural motifs.

His most recent project was with Art Day Celebration in Haiti; a collaborative program which promotes healing through creativity for Haitian orphans.
